1. Perennial legal advisor:
1.1 Consult and reply of legal affairs; provide legal opinions & suggestions;
1.2 Participate in the drafting and altering of corporate management systems to ensure standard and systematic corporate governance;
1.3Participate in the negotiation of contracts and projects; draft and check commercial contract; and draft, check other commercial contract and labor contracts for enterprises;
1.4.Participate in the drafting and altering of HR management system, financial system and other systems of enterprises;
1.5.Conduct legal training to management and staff on related field;
1.6.Assist in the registration of new enterprise; draft and check legal documents like industrial and commerce registration materials and corporate constitutions etc;
1.7.Assist in legal affairs in relation with intellectual property like trademark registration, patent application etc;
1.8.Put forward legal opinions on significant governance decisions of enterprises; conduct legal analysis and argumentation on material projects; and present legal opinions.
1.9.Commercial investigation, financial investigation and laws and regulations enquiries etc.

2. Legal advisor
2.1. Provide legal services for the affairs such as merger and division of enterprises, making feasibility study, provide operation details, draft, examine and approve relevant legal documents, and participate in all negotiations and practical operations;   
 
2.2. Provide legal services for bidding and tendering activities of enterprises, participate in project negotiations, provide legal opinion letters for bidding and tendering activities, and make bidding documents;

2.3. Provide legal services for stock ownership reform or asset restructuring of enterprises, provide legal opinion letters, draft, examine and approve relevant legal documents;

2.4. Provide legal services for acquisition and anti-acquisition of enterprises, conducte legal analysis and argumentation, provide legal opinion letters, draft, examine and approve relevant legal documents and deal with relevant legal affairs;
