1. Signing and execution of construction project contracts
1.1 Assist house owners in confirming the legitimacy of construction enterprise and investigate its corresponding construction capacity;
1.2 Assist construction enterprises in investigating the situation and legitimacy of owners and construction projects;
1.3 Assist construction enterprises in investigating the credit status of their clients and carrying out necessary investigations into relevant items of project;
1.4 Assist the entrusting party in drafting and altering the bidding document;
1.5 Assist the construction enterprise in drafting and altering the tendering document;
1.6 Assist the both parties in drafting, checking, altering and signing a building construction contract;
1.7 Provide full legal services for the both parties during the execution of the contract
 
2. Bidding and tendering of construction projects
2.1 Assist in checking the main qualification of the bid inviter; 
2.2 take part in the analysis of bidding decision;
2.3 check the completeness of bid documents and whether they conform to legal forms and whether they are of clear expression.
2.4 Assist the bidder in working out bid documents to show a real response to bidding documents and provide against losing a bid because of great deviation;
2.5 Assist the bidder in writing, sealing and delivering bidding documents in accordance with the requirements of bidding documents, provide against losing a bid because of slight flaws of the documents, data or submitting procedure; .
2.6 Direct the bidder to pay cash deposit as collateral in accordance with the requirements of bidding documents;
2.7 Assist the bidder in altering or withdrawing the bid document or doing the above as an agent of the bidder;
2.8 Participate in questioned links of the evaluation of bid and making sure that the content and methods of the bidder’s reply are legal and valid;
2.9 Monitor the bid inviter to carry out bidding work in accordance with stipulated procedures, proposing opinions and opposition to the bid inviter as an agent of the bidder, and even reporting or complaining to the authorities concerned;  
2.10 Check the contract (construction contract) provided by the bid inviter after winning a bid to protect the interests of the bid winner and making sure the contract is legal and valid
 
3. Other legal matters concerning construction projects
3.1 Design the procedures relating to bidding such as construction project evaluation and choice, feasibility analysis, negotiation, declaration of construction environment project, and legal schemes of general contract and subcontract; .
3.2 Draft and negotiation of construct project contracts;
3.3 Execution and management of construct projects;
3.4 Legal control over the quality of construct projects and relevant compensation;
3.5 Legal affairs concerning cost of construction projects;
3.6 Investigate professional responsibility of architects, planners, structure designers and supervision engineers;
3.7 Settlement of construction projects.
