1. Provide legal help for crime suspect at the stage of investigation
1.1 meet crime suspect;
1.2 Find out the crime suspected of and the circumstances relating to the case;
1.3 Provide legal advice for crime suspect;
1.4 Apply for obtaining a guarantor and awaiting trial for crime suspect;
1.5 Provide agent service for appeal and accusation.

2. Act as defender and litigation agent at the stage of examination and prosecution
2.1 Refer to, excerpt and copy relevant materials of the case; 
2.2 Meet and correspondi with crime suspect;
2.3 Investigate and collect relevant certificates of the case;
2.4 Give defense opinion, agency opinion and appeal opinion;
2.5 Convey opinions to the People's Procuratorate;

3 Act as defender of public-prosecuting case in the first instance
3.1 Refer to, excerpt and copy relevant materials of the case;
3.2 Meet and correspond with crime suspect;
3.3 Investigate and collect evidence;
3.4 Participate in court investigation and debate, give defense opinion;
3.5 Off-court work

4. Act as defender of public-prosecuting case in the second instance
4.1 Study written judgment of the first instance, and write appeal petition;
4.2 Refer to, excerpt and copy records;
4.3 Meet and correspond with defendant;
4.4 Collect new evidence;
4.5 Participate in court investigation and debate, give defense opinion;
4.6 Submit new evidence and written agency opinion to the court, if a court is not held for case of the second instance

5. Act as litigation agent of victim of public-prosecuting case; act as litigation agent and defender of the parties concerned of private-prosecuting case; act as litigation agent for the parties concerned of criminal litigation concerned with civil litigation; participate in litigation and Provide legal documents.        

6. Act as judicial supervisor and agent at the stage of implementation, lodge an appeal and apply for rehear.
